The Enterprise Services Compute and Connectivity Platform Organization designs, implements and operates a state-of-the-art Information Systems Infrastructure serving around 110,000 employees, in over 900 locations across 65 plus countries. We deliver services that connect, host, virtualize, store, collaborate, integrate, compute and transact business solutions that utilizes cloud first, automation, analytics, “as a Service”, BIG data and software defined.

You will be a key leader in the development and delivery of a comprehensive global network architecture and strategy that encompasses the entire network service portfolio across all Honeywell sites worldwide. You will lead a global team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop, align and deliver contemporary network designs, roadmaps, solutions, standards and services that meet current and future business requirements using emerging and cutting-edge network capabilities and functionality. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter and a change agent with experience and desire to drive organizations to be successful on the cutting-edge network technologies (SD-WAN, Automation, Orchestration).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver of a comprehensive global network architecture and strategy that encompasses the entire network service portfolio across all Honeywell sites worldwide

  • Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts to development and delivery of a comprehensive global network architecture and strategy that consolidates Voice, Video and Data networks, using Software Defined Network, Network Function Virtualization, Automation and Orchestration, Software Defined Data Center, Segmentation, VoIP, and Wireless LANS

  • Drive the transformation of legacy solutions such as MPLS, backhauled/centralized Internet, on premise voice, unauthenticated and unauthorized user accessible networks to contemporary services



  • BS Degree required

  • 10+ years related technical experience in Network and Transport technologies, tools, and techniques

  • 8+ years’ experience with large-scale enterprise/global networks in a high paced diverse environment

  • 2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow

  • US Citizenship due to contractual requirements


  • MS Degree

  • Solid understanding of the following

  • OSI stack and TCP/IP protocols

  • Routing (BGP, OSPF, Policy Base Routing)

  • MPLS, Metro Ethernet, SONNET

  • Quality of Service (QoS)

  • IP Multicast

  • WAN Optimization

  • Network Security (NAT, Stateful Firewalls)

  • DNS and Global Load Balancing

  • Application Programable Interfaces (SOAP, WSDL, NECONF, REST, JSON, XML, JSON)

  • Network Manage Systems and integrating them into a holistic service

  • Ability to work independently with little direction and guidance

  • Data Packet decode

  • Knowledge in the following areas

  • Local Area Network, Data Center Networking (SCI NSX), Spanning Tree

  • Cloud cost optimization techniques

  • Voice over IP (VoIP), and associated protocols

  • IP Version 6

  • Segmentation routing

  • Direct Connect, Private Link, VPN and other Public Cloud connectivity solutions.

  • Segment Routing (SR)

  • NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) & VNF (Virtualized Network Functions)

  • Proficient is MS Office suite – Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents and present oral presentations to senior/executive management

  • Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities

  • CCIE, JNCIE or equivalent
