Supervise a Field Service Team for the California District (San Francisco/Bay Area). You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance, resolve customer problems, explore additional revenue-generating opportunities and meet financial requirements of the position. You will ensure support of new opportunities for market penetration and growth of the service business. You will drive and improve KPIs and area financial metrics and targets as well as ensuring contract renewals and excellent customer satisfaction. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future managers.

YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC business experience
Experience in running a P&L
Experience dealing with customer satisfaction (growth and problem resolution)
Leadership skills/building a team
Previous industry experience
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team
