Honeywell Sr. Sales Supervisor- Projects in Richardson, Texas

This position reports to the Regional Sales Leader, Projects and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the business within the geography.

As a Sales Manager you will be challenged to use solid business development discernment, sales processes and management skills to lead a high performing sales team focused on acquiring new customers while achieving the financial / non-financial goals. You will utilize your experience in the industry to direct, coach, lead and mentor this sales force to provide high quality solutions and service of Building Automation, Fire, Security and HVAC systems.

  • As part of the Regional Leadership Team, provide strategic sales growth direction to drive sales, geographic expansion and increase market share in all assigned branch locations through your involvement on Forecasting, Impact Reviews, Account Plans and key customer meetings.

  • Sales Management of Regional Business Consultant sales professionals including hiring, mentoring and developing.

  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to support HBS Projects line of business.

  • Responsible for development and execution of sales strategies to meet annual orders goal.

  • Travel is up to 35%, including overnight travel.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with HVAC, DDC, Fire, or Security Building Controls business to business development experience or experience Information Technology industry.

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Deep understanding of P&L and ability to build business case for growth investments

  • Understands how to build sales strategies from market data across multiple geographies/industries and uses common sense approach to execution

  • Creative, decisive, high energy and the ability to energize and team engagement skills
