HAT (Honeywell Aerospace Trading) Coordinator
Join HAT (Honeywell Aerospace Trading) and use your skills in logistics to help coordinate repair for USM (Used Serviceable Material). You will be responsible for identifying outside repair sources of material, sending the units to repair, evaluating and approving the repair quotes and ensuring the units come back in time to meet customer demand. You will own key metrics such as in stock availability, on time to request, and overall price reduction. This position will also need to be flexible and help with internal Honeywell repairs as needed. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is driven to push repairs though with little direction, have SAP and aviation parts experience as well as an understanding of making decisions on profitability of repairs.
·Coordinates shipment and management of sales orders
·Creates repairs with both 3rdparties and Honeywell facilities.
·Monitors repairs and expedites as needed
·Responsible for insuring meeting monthly revenue goals
·Research new vendors and negotiate long term repair contracts.
·Become SAP super user within 6 months of hire date.
·Responsible to insure sales reps are updated through PAD (Product Analyst Database)
·Work with shipping and receiving to ensure timely shipments and receipts of product
·Month end support sometimes including weekend coverage
·Transfer product inter-divisionally to support orders
·Work with business managers on daily basis to support teardown product allocation
·Work with Quality on daily basis to insure quality standards are met
·Manage items assigned to you in quarantine
Manage core returns
20 Day-to-day tracking of logistic activities
20 Monitor inbound deliveries
Investigate missed shipments
20 Handle issues at Customs
20 Coordinate and implement logistical projects
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree as a minimum
- Some experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain
- Some analytical skill
- Think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
- Good collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience managing aviation repairs preferred
- SAP Experience preferred
