Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be integral in performing ARP4754A Avionics System Safety Engineering across multiple EPIC/APEX platforms. You will be involved authoring safety analysis documentation, creating Fault Tree and FMEAs, and performing requirements reviews.
· Design reviews for Safety
· Authoring PSSA/SSA
· Performing FMEAS, FHAs and CMAs
· Systems integration
· Systems validation & verification
· Customer interaction
· Project coordination
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or technical discipline
Six plus years experience in aerospace engineering with background working in systems safety analysis
Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
Knowledge of ARP-4754A, ARP-4761 as well as DO-178B and DO-245
Experience with CAFTA or (RELEX, CECILA)
Experience performing FHA, FMEA/FMES, CMA
Knowledge of DOORs basics
Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.

Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks.
