We’re seeking a Senior Identity Architect (PKI / MFA) at Honeywell to join our growing team of cyber professionals in Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA. The Sr. Identity Architect (PKI / MFA) will work with the latest technologies and provide world class architecture solutions with Microsoft PKI (MSPKI), Managed PKI (MPKI), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) services. The Senior Identity Architect (PKI / MFA) will…

  • Leverage industry best practices and technologies to design and develop Identity Access Management (IAM) architectures/solutions for complex on-premise and cloud-based environments as it relates to MSPKI, MPKI, and MFA.

  • Be the go-to Subject Matter Expert on efficient and effective MSPKI, MPKI, and MFA techniques.

  • Analyze and define process requirements to support identity requirements.

  • Define and enforce policy and standards for multiple on-premise and cloud environments for MSPKI, MPKI, and MFA.

  • Design and implement solutions and services for IAM that will allow business requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk to the organization.

  • Assess technical capabilities for various IAM services (MSPKI, MPKI, and MFA) and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

  • Mentor and train Business Group employees on IAM concepts and solutions.

  • Create, modify, and maintain IAM reference architectures.

  • Advise senior management on IAM-related risks and security posture.

  • Work closely with Senior Cyber Security Manager, Portfolio IAM Architect, and other key stakeholders.


  • 5+ years developing, architecting, and implementing enterprise class IAM/security solutions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.

  • Extensive experience with DigiCert Managed PKI, Microsoft PKI, & Gemalto MFA.

  • Strong knowledge of industry-leading IAM tools and prior experience working on Hardware Security Modules, 2FA/MFA, MSPKI, and MPKI.

  • Deep understanding of PKI concepts, HSM, and MFA.

  • Experience Enterprise Gateway Servers.

  • Has experience architecting large and complex PKI services for Fortune 500 company

  • Has hands on knowledge on design, build and deployment of PKI & MFA services

  • Knowledge of Registration Authority Services & Agents

  • Configure Auto-Enrollment

  • Configure Certificate Profiles

  • Scripting knowledge including bash, PowerShell, python etc.

  • Cross-functional expertise in multiple Information Security domains (IAM, Cloud, Virtualization technologies, Data Privacy, Encryption, Operations, Securing Large Scale Platforms, AI-driven Security Intelligence, Security Training, etc.)

  • Active engagement and contributions to the cybersecurity community via security related forums, blogs, security conferences, white papers, etc.

  • Determination and passion to learn, experiment and shape the future of security in connected technologies.

  • Understanding/Knowledge of global frameworks and standards: NIST, ISO, FIPS, GDPR, DFARS, etc.

  • Leading contributors that are self-driven and willing to challenge the status quo and focus on services, data, analytics and content.

  • Results-focused visionaries that consistently deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Strong personal organization and project management skills.
