Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. You will add value and expertise to the business by sustaining support by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve problems where analysis of a situation is required in order to meet the requirements of the customer

  • Uses problem analysis to help in developing new process and procedures

  • Provide analysis of data in support of product and process improvements

  • Idea generation

  • Brainstorm solutions

  • Team coordination

  • Risk analysis

  • Coordinate resolution

  • Process definition

  • Project planning

  • Mentor technicians

  • Cost improvement analysis

  • Drive technical solutions


  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering

  • 2 years experince in manufacturing engineering


  • Greenbelt/DFSS certified

  • Ability to work independently

  • Willingness to learn new technologies

  • Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work

  • Proficient project management skills

  • Good knowledge of mechanical industry

  • Cause identification/FMEA experience

  • Working knowledge of SAP/HOS
