About the role:

Do you favor experimentation over elaborate planning, customer insights over intuition, and iterative design over traditional “big design up front” development? Passionate about envisioning new business models and driving offering innovation? This new pivotal global role is all about this. It is about enabling our businesses get laser focused on identifying high value business problems, and getting obsessed around ‘continuous customer discovery’ so that we deliver offerings that have a high degree of product market fit.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensuring intense rigor followed for development of the new business idea/proposal and follow-up offering development phases thereafter.

•Coach and lead the team through the learning via experiments lean startup approach where we use various methods such as voice of the customer/user research to test hypothesis

•Challenge confirmation and conformity biases and be a strong independent and objective voice on the viability of projects

You Must Have:

•Bachelor's degree

•10+ years expertise in planning and executing user research or voice of customer projects

•10+ years’ experience with frameworks like contextual design, jobs-to-be-done, and business model canvas.

•10+ years’ experience with product management and launching products.

•7 + years B2B domain/industry experience

We Value:

•Hands-on experience in methods and approaches such as customer development, lean startup, discovery driven planning.

•Engineering and business background preferred

•Strong problem-solving skills/critical thinking skills

•High degree of business acumen

•Experience with leading change
