This role is responsible for managing enterprise-wide Marketing Automation platforms and programs for Honeywell’s Customer & Commercial Engagement (C&CE) organization and its customers. This role leads cross functional teams to both complete projects and execute Marketing Automation and Web consolidation strategies at the enterprise level, which may be leveraged by any /all Honeywell businesses. Responsible for providing solution leadership for technologies such as Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce etc. Responsibility also includes working closely with off-shore / outsourced resources for applications development, support and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform / Solution Delivery

  • Delivery of global Marketing Automation solutions for the Honeywell enterprise.

  • Work with the functions and Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to determine lead management optimization, partner with marketing teams in lead generation related application investment priorities.

  • Provide leadership, direction, and project management for IT investments to ensure successful delivery and operations.

  • Ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes.

Partner with project delivery teams to ensure adherence to common process and definition of new processes.

  • Conduct formal customer reviews during project execution and project completion coupled with ongoing support/optimization reviews to confirm satisfaction and ongoing ROI growth.

  • Maintain and apply a strong knowledge of the customers business and regional/global processes to develop solutions

  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in the evaluation, design, planning and deployment of emerging solutions to drive exceptional experiences and increased productivity and growth.

Platform Strategy and Feature Roadmap Management

  • Creation, business alignment and delivery of the global Marketing Automation roadmaps for the enterprise.

  • Provide inputs to Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in support of strategies and objectives.

  • Integrate SBG-specific business processes related to Global Design Model including Salesforce and Marketo

  • Partner closely with the Salesforce GDM and Enterprise Services teams to establish and align standards and technology roadmaps for emerging digital customer experience solution capabilities across Honeywell.

  • Conduct monthly Marketing Automation and Web consolidation performance reviews; develop, monitor, optimizes and provide corrective action plans as required.

  • Partner with IT Business Partners, Business Associates throughout Honeywell, and other solutionists to identify & document functional and business requirements and target emerging solutions.

  • Document architectures for platform and development teams in conjunction with Solution Architects

  • Research and recommend innovative and contemporary technology solutions by leading R&D, POC and selection efforts for Marketing Automation solutions.

  • Drive exceptional Honeywell User Experience (HUE) and ensure consistent experience across platforms and channels (internal or external).

  • Ensure that the appropriate application of HUE tools/concepts including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, stakeholder mapping, touch point analysis, and / or journey mapping to deliver exceptional experiences on all products, systems, and services

  • Ensure alignment and support of all critical systems relative to security and data privacy policies and standards inclusive of accessibility, vulnerability and website inventory management.

  • Partner with IT functional, business, and infrastructure leaders to establish lifecycle governance of technology in conjunction with application roadmaps.

Solution & Service Optimization

  • Drive commonality in Marketing Automation & Web consolidation application platforms across Honeywell enterprise.

  • Partner with the C&CE Service and Operations Leader to manage ongoing operational support for the Marketing and Sales using both internal and co-source resources.

  • Serve as a liaison to the solution operations team(s) to document and facilitate successful implementation of solution

  • Advise and create methods to improve technical solution processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree

  • 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture/deployment within Lead to Revenue process automation

  • 3+ years of working experience with Adobe Experience Manage and other modules of Adobe

  • 10+ years of marketing related IT experience, or Marketing Solutions Architecture experience

  • Proficient in designing/ developing Marketing Campaigns, Email Blasts, Nurture Campaigns

  • Experience with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce.com

  • Exceptional consultative, project management, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate across borders.

  • Knowledge around research advances in information technology

  • Experience in leading and managing people

  • Experience or certification in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar methodologies

  • Ability to set priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment.

  • Ability to build relationships with and gain the trust of customers by always meeting commitments.

  • Acting with a sense of urgency; a bias for action and speed

  • Ability to make the complex simple, and speak/write clearly and succinctly.
