Quality/Test Engineer

Develop, document, verify, implement and maintain effective Product Validation test plans, schedules, and procedures for all Lincolnshire site Lines of Business based on product CTQs /Engineering Specifications and Marketing Requirements.

Perform Product Validation testing in accordance with approved test plans and procedures including mechanical, electrical, chemical, flame, stress, and functional tests.

Record test results in appropriate format using approved tools and systems, and evaluate results in terms of the products’ fitness for purpose and conformance to requirements of the Product Development Plan and Quality Plan for the project under consideration.

Prepare test reports on behalf of the PV team and advise management of all failure modes encountered in testing; rendering professional opinions regarding performance to requirements, and interpreting results as necessary to make appropriate recommendations relevant to any further development or testing. Prepare laboratory setups and recommend improved techniques as needed for executing PV test plans.

Coordinate with Regulatory Compliance Engineering as appropriate to identify performance criteria necessary to achieve and maintain compliance to applicable product Performance and Safety standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

·Bachelor’s degreeBachelor’s degree

·3+ years of experience in a technical role for a manufacturing company3+ years of experience in a technical role for a manufacturing company
