Financial Analyst

* Job Description – Senior FP&A Analyst *

Work with SBU/SBG FP&A for Monthly Destination P&Ls by region wise and align on standard assumptions / process to be followed in HBT and SPS business.Work with business regional finance teams to further automate the inputs for destination P&L with accurate HFM mapping by region for HBT / SPS / HPS.Work with SBG / SBU FP&A to set-up fully allocated P&L for PMT and Aero in a self-service model to reduce SBG dependency.Work on comments / explanation aligned with business for the P&L variances.Work & support on P&L automation process and drive / support SBG on cost allocations, Regional / global SG&A allocations and W2W margin calculations. Identification of cost not pertaining to business and drive separation thereof though system at SBG/SBU side.Reporting and analysisof monthly financials (P&L, B/S, Free Cash Flow, Working Capital, etc.) for High Growth Region (HGR) on a regular basis.Work on leadership review preparation (Financials) for HGRs by country / regions and SBG/SBU.Support the HGR AOP/Forecast processProvide analysis and guidance for the HGR Monthly Operations ReviewsPartner with HGR Strategic & Marketing teams in building financial plans and estimates and the associated variance analysis compared to actual.Implement process improvement plans by developing tools and other solutions with cross functional teams.Develop systems for implementation and tracking of progress for HGR strategic plan using internal tools.Provide reliable and accurate financial reporting that exceeds existing standards and facilitate decision making.

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

Chartered Accountant with min 4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A.Fluent English Working Language in Oral and WrittenExcellent organization, project management and time management skillsPossess a strong team-oriented philosophy and willingness to go the extra mile to get the tasks completed accurately and in a timely fashion.Expert level analytical, modeling, and technical skills and high attention to detail.Ability to think outside of traditional role to evaluate business implications.

Knowledge and Skills (general and technical)

Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, BI/BO and Hyperion Financial Management and should have flexibility to adapt to different ERPs/Reporting tools.Strong business acumen coupled with financial prudence.Advanced skills in Microsoft OfficeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization;Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate financial data and information to non-finance professionals.Highly collaborative and willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
