Overview of Role
Customer Experience covers all Customer touchpoints for Customer Service and Technical Support, from placement of an order, tracking a shipment, installation, use, support, and product replacement. HBT has a broad contact center footprint that covers the Customer Experience globally.
The Product Owner’s primary focus is improving the Customer Experience, driving adoption, and generating business value for Honeywell. This role will work closely with the Business and Technology teams to advance our use of technology platforms to achieve the business achieve strategic and annual goals.
This role will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, development, delivery, and value realization of the solutions for Customer Service Order to Cash processes.
This position requires business interface, high collaboration with other Product Owners and participation in a structured MOS across the LOBs to ensure effective solutions are in place and operating effectively.
The Order to Cash Product Owner is responsible for:
· Develop and execute an Order to Cash platform Roadmap using the latest design approaches, technologies, and agile processes
o Develop a product release plan that aligns with and delivers to the Order to Cash platform Roadmap
· Drive the continuous improvement of the Order to Cash platform
o Continuously review the current performance of the platform
o Continuously monitor the platform KPIs
o Generate corrective actions and prioritize into the backlog along with business improvement user stories
o Work with vendor product management to prioritize Honeywell’s needs into their product backlog, eliminating as many of Honeywell’s customization needs as possible
· Strategic and Annual Planning
o Must understand the vision and goals of each of the business units and support the Customer Service leadership in developing Order to Cash strategies and annual plans to meet those goals
o Align budgetary investments to achieve maximum return for the business group
o Ensure internal stakeholders needs/expectations are met and promote transparency though effective communications
o Create regular project progress reports covering: accomplishments; schedule performance; cost performance; and measured business outcomes for all projects
· Agile and Waterfall Projects
o Lead the team in consistent approach to both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies to assure the highest level of success for all projects
o Creation and ongoing management of a User Story backlog that meet the Business goals and Customer needs
o Ensure User Stories are ready for development work including clear and measurable acceptance criteria
o Daily collaboration with the Agile development team and quality assurance team
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience working on Agile projects
2+ years of experience working with Order to Cash (i.e. SAP)
2+ years of experience working as an Agile Product Manager or Product Owner
2+ years of experience with knowledge of Agile process and principles
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
