Honeywell Sr Human Resources Generalist - Engineering/Supply Chain in Clearwater, Florida

An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr Human Resources Generalist in the Honeywell Aerospace (AERO) business unit located in Clearwater, FL. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the AERO leadership team.

The Sr HR Generalist will lead HR strategy and execution for the site. This position provides HR support and activities for the Clearwater facility including Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering and Technology, and other functions. This position reports directly the site Sr HR Manager.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience


  • Master’s degree in business, human resources, or related field with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development or training preferred

  • Experience in both union and union-free environments

  • Green Belt certification a plus, along with demonstrated knowledge of Six Sigma Plus

  • Change agent with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to energize and motivate both direct and indirect organizations through though leadership, energy, and commitment

  • Demonstrated usage of change management techniques in a business setting

  • Results-oriented with strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency

  • Strong organizational, leadership and follow through skills

  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
