Provide technical leadership, project management, and operational support for corporate Talent Management and Leadership Development tools and capabilities. As a tech-savvy professional, your responsibilities will include identifying and driving opportunities to implement automated end-to-end offerings to support our various capabilities with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our goals.

You will leverage your strong project management and technical expertise to implement and lead a digitized nominations process supporting enterprise wide learning and development programs, as well as reporting capabilities. Additionally, you will identify process improvement opportunities and manage stakeholders at various levels through an effective change management framework. This role will also manage Honeywell’s development 360 tool and enrollment process.

You will utilize your knowledge and project management skills to:

  • Provide integrated digital solutions that support the overall Talent Management organization enabling organizational growth, sustainable learning, and talent development.

  • Build an infrastructure designed to optimize and support a learning culture in the organization while simplifying the nominations process for our SBG leaders and Talent Management team.

  • Deliver a seamless 360 assessment process for participating employees.

  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR


  • Strong project management skills

  • End to end systems configuration and design experience

  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills

  • Courage to challenge the status quo

  • Advanced Degree in Human Resources or IT

  • Experience with a learning management system

  • Experience leading transformation projects with a digital deliverable

  • Ability to work in ambiguity and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently
