This Sr Director Global Planning position is responsible for leading a large global planning organization, managing $600 million of Raw, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory across our >$6 billion Safety & Productivity Solutions (SPS) business group. This critical planning leadership role includes executing a significant transformation initiative to standardize our global planning systems and significantly improve our SIOP execution, to accelerate the growth and profitability of our SPS business group.

This leader must have 10+ years of planning experience in large global corporation(s). Good experience leading a planning organization through major systems and process changes. Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response system is a plus.

  • Strong people leadership and planning functional excellence

  • Leading organization through a major functional transformation

  • Demand planning

  • Supply planning

  • Production planning

  • Working capital budget management

  • New product introduction planning

  • Product end-of-life management

  • Developing & focusing organization on balanced scorecard of performance metrics

  • Plant and supplier capacity planning

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years of planning experience, including global role with significant direct people leadership

  • Excellent knowledge and experience with SIOP process design and execution

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other relevant expertise

  • Track record of delivering significant business performance improvements within planning function

  • Strong program management and problem solving skill

  • Leading and solving complex organizational problems

  • Extensive influencing and collaboration skills
