Area Sales Manager – PPE

Description –

Candidate to be responsible for the business development and growth of the Safety Products business in HSP-HIS. He will be responsible for North Region - sales and will report the Zonal Sales Leader. He will be responsible to create the pull for the HSP products from the end customer level and will also be responsible for driving the channel sales and ensure their commitment towards the HSP


Will be responsible for the growth of the business as per the organization expectations.

Will be responsible to increase the awareness in Safety products in his territory with end customers and with the channel.

The candidate will be directly responsible for 50 key accounts in his territory and will drive the business in these accounts by himself.

He will be a cross functional team player - who will work with the PM's, Customer Service team and PSM's.

YOU MUST HAVEQualifications –

• Engineering / Science graduate will be preferred

• Good communication and presentation skills

• The candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant territory and selling PPE’s experience.

• Should the candidate be from the PPE field & this is mandatory requirement


A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices Excellent team and communication skillsAn ability to take initiative and work with limited directionAn ability to influence across a broader organizationAn ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationshipsSignificant experience in selling (industrial) productsDeep technical expertiseUnderstanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
