We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to lead all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Honeywell Building Technologies business group. In this role, you will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will find opportunities and build credibility with customers. You will utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers. You will present our Honeywell Solution with our Video-Access and Intrusion platform through our Honeywell Integrated Solutions and Distributionchannels.
Increaseoverallperformance of the organization by building strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization.
Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory to attained AOP targets.
Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization.
Travel is up to 75%, including overnights. Territory will consist of being based out of Vancouver BC. Support Western Canada through BC, ABandSK.

You must have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of solution sales experience in Commercial Security
- Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Solid English communicator with extraordinary presentation skills
- Knowledge of SFDC and IT Savvy
- Corporate business insight
